Aerial Yoga for fitness is a class for adults. It involves performing a series of exercises, inspired by yoga, Pilates, calisthenics and aerial acrobatics in a hammock-like apparatus, in order to achieve a total-body workout.

Challenge your body, develop strength and flexibility in a small group of welcoming friends who will support you on your fitness journey.

Each class is one hour.
